so soccer has been going really good. we have been running a limestone, which is a mile and .10 path around the school, we have been playing little pick up games, which i cant because i still have limitations.
They only things i can do is run, pass within 5 yards, do some ball skill, and do some drills with the team. but as far as playing, sprinting, cutting, and pivoting of the knee i cant do.
I go to the doctor on wednesday to get the knee checked out by dr. drwosky. he will fit me with a knee brace and then hopefully release me to actually start playing and cutting and sprinting.
Today at practice i ran alot and the result was a very very sore knee. i went to therapy tonight and told tina and she said no more running for a couple of days so that this swelling can go down. it swelling up a little bit on the top of the knee because of all the sudden running. So yea i have to cool it down i guess. its so hard. i love soccer.
i love soccer so much but i have a feeling that its going to be a mental thing and im going to have to get over it. so yea. well see on wednesday!
